I traveled from pakistan to toronto via washington dc by Qatar Ailline.The next connecting flight from washington to toronto delayed so Qatar airline management send us to the hotle in washington.We were stuck for two days. The Airline pay for one day stay and we pay the rent and food for the second day. The hotle management said the Qtar airline will pay you later. I spoked to the airline management and the Qatar airline agent(The agent I bought the ticket) and send them the bill but they refused to pay me my $260.What should i do? and which court i have go? can i go to small buisness court here in toronto?

i find this arrangement highly unusual. Have you contacted the Qatar Airways office directly (the main office, not the travel agent where you bought the ticket) ? I'd be very surprised if they refused to pay, especially as they covered the first day. I guess you could sue but that would have to be either in Pakistan or in Qatar, both of which aren't great places to sue for just $260.
