Suggest route plan for visiting Orlando, New York, Niagara Falls, and Detroit starting from Washington DC?
I want to travel mainly through the east coast for a family vacation for a 2 week period. My 8 and 9 year old sons will accompany us. We will start from Washington DC. The places I want to visit are Disney land in Orlando, New York, Philadelphia, Niagara Falls and Detroit. Please suggest me on planning the route. I would like to travel by bus and train wherever possible and otherwise take the flight. Please also suggest how to travel and what to see in these cities Please help!

DC and Philadelphia are both on the NYC-FL train route. The trains and buses from NYC to Toronto (Canada) and from Toronto to NYC both stop at Niagara Falls. There are also buses from Toronto to Detroit. So here's the route: 1. Bus or train or plane to Disney. 2. Bus or train or plane to Philadelphia. 3. Bus or train to New York. 4. Bus or train to Niagara Falls. 5. Bus or train to Toronto. 6. Bus or train to Detroit. 7. Airplane to DC.
