Would I get an Amtrak train ticket from New York to Washington DC Penn Station on the 4th of July?
I'm not sure if I would get flight delays, so I don't know about the exact time i'll be arriving at the JFK Airport. Some people say that there'll be no problem getting a ticket. But what about on the 4th of July this year?

if you want a ticket on amtrak reserve a ticket now online, just to be safe. The line from Boston - DC is heavily traveled and yes, it'll be easier than flying, but because of the holday go reserve a ticket.

Yes. But you better book soon because those trains could fill up. There are many trains between the two cities though, so most likely you wont have trouble getting a seat.
