On order to actually have a tour of the white house you need reservations and that is usually full 3 months in advance, most lkly i would just go see the places and that's it, because the lines can be out ragous

White House: Public tours of the White House are available for groups of 10 or more people. Requests must be submitted through one's Member of Congress and are accepted up to six months in advance. These self-guided tours are available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday (excluding federal holidays). Tour hours will be extended when possible based on the official White House schedule. Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis approximately one month in advance of the requested date. We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible since a limited number of tours are available. All White House tours are free of charge. For the most current tour information, please call the 24-hour line at 202-456-7041. Please note that White House tours may be subject to last minute cancellation. Linchol Memorial: The public may visit the Lincoln Memorial 24 hours a day. However Rangers are on duty to answer questions from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 P.M. daily. Washington, D.C. is a very busy metropolitan area. Parking is at a premium throughout the entire city. It is highly recommended that you make use of the efficient public transit system (Metro rail and Metro bus) as well as Tourmobile, the official interpretive visitor transportation service for the National Mall and Memorial Parks. Public tours are only done with groups. If you are alone, visit the White House Vistor Center downtown. It is just a little ways down from White House and can be done on foot. Taxi from airport to downtown will be costly but is probably your best bet to get there and back if you are in a time crunch! Metro runs downtown but honestly once you are downtown everything on your list is within walking distance.

Here is how you see all of those: Take the metro to Foggy Bottom, walk south on 23rd street and it will take you directly to the Lincoln Memorial. From the lincoln memorial you will see the Washington Monument (obelisk). Walk towards it along constitution avenue. If you want you can walk all the way up to it but it really isn't necessary since you won't have time to go inside. When you arrive at 17th St NW make a left and walk up the slight hill. You may want to see the WW2 memorial which is new and really beautiful first, just make a right on 17th and its only a half block away. You will pass the Daughters of the American Revolution building, one of the Red Cross buildings and the Corcoran Museum on your left and the back of the white house on your right. At Pennsylvania Ave make a right into the area closed off from vehicle traffic, this is the front of the white house. From there you can get back on the metro at 17th and I (eye) st Farrugut West, and you can take that wherever else you want to go. BAM!!! seriously though, you wont be able to go inside the white house, you need to book that 6 months in advance.
