first are you sure your flight are from different airports? as 3 hours is NOT enough time to get from Dulles to National (then you would have to go though TSA security all over again as well (which could take at least a 1/2 to 1 hour at national although washingotn flyer (which just a taxi service for $58.00

Are you going to check luggage, and if so, will it be checked through to your destination in Florida? If you have to claim your luggage at Dulles, that will make the connection even tighter. But what you need to do, and do very quickly, is claim your bags at Dulles (if necessary), follow the signs for Ground Transportation, take a taxi to National, explaining to the driver what time your flight is and giving him a good tip, and hope you make it to your flight in time. The taxi will cost about $60 before the generous tip you give the driver. Expect the cab ride to take about an hour. Washington Flyer used to have a shuttle service for Dulles to National, but now it's strictly taxi service.

Washington DC (DCA) Airport

Washington DC (DCA) Airport?
I fly out tomorrow, for my vacation, and I have a 2 hour lay over at DCA airport in washington DC. I was wondering if there is anything in walking distance that I can walk to and take pictures, but not miss my next flight..

At DCA, 2 hours wouldn't be enough time to go back through security. Otherwise, the airport is surrounded by suburban office towers.

For a 2 hour layover, I would not suggest leaving the airport. If you had a little longer than that though, there's a Metro subway station at the airport and you can be downtown on Capitol Hill within 15 minutes. Have fun!

I would suggest just staying in the terminal like the other answers have suggested if you only have two hours. They have many places to eat and you can watch the planes. However, if you have more time the closest option would be the Pentagon City Mall located at the Pentagon City metro stop (2 stops from the airport). If you end up with an extremely long layover you can take the metro into DC and site see, but if you only have 2 hours there is not really that much time.

Yeah, with airport security as it is, two hours won't get you back in time to catch your connection. Stay in the airport. Besides, right around National Airport is just high-rise offices. No fun. If you had a much longer layover, however, Metro's right there, and Old Town Alexandria is a short two stops south, and Pentagon City Mall is an even shorter two stops north.

Go to www.kayak.com, which will look up hundreds of airlines to determine what would be the cheapest itinerary.
2 :
There is no budget airline such as AirAsia that flies trans-pacific flights. Also December is usually when airfare is highest, especially as you get closer to Christmas. You can check out http://www.kayak.com or get a travel agent to quote you a travel package. I would see what Philippine Airways and Delta Airlines have.

Is a 1 hour 45 minute layover enough for a Delta flight from DCA-JFK-MAN

Is a 1 hour 45 minute layover enough for a Delta flight from DCA-JFK-MAN?
In a few weeks, I'll be flying via Delta from Washington Ronald Regan Airport to Manchester (UK) Airport with an hour and 45 minute layover at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. My flights arrive and depart in the same terminal. Will that be enough time to make my second flight, or should I try to get an earlier flight out of DC?

1 hour 45 minutes is plenty of time assuming the weather is okay. New York City air traffic control can be hectic and delays in and out of JFK/LGA/EWR can play havoc with your plans, but sunny days or even cloudy days with little to no chance of rain usually aren't bad. Unfortunately because you are on an international ticket you cannot take advantage of the Same Day Confirmed program where you pay $50 to go earlier out of DCA. In order to go earlier you're looking at a change fee of at least $150 plus a fare difference if any. Long story short, hope for good weather and don't make changes just because of nerves or whatever.

Should be fine. From my experience, if the airline you're connecting to know you've checked in and are in the airport but stuck on another plane, they'll wait as much as they can for you. I recently had a connection in Atlanta on the way back to London and it was 40mins which would have been enough time if the plane hadn't stopped longer than it needed to but it did. The airline (Delta) waited for me a bit though cos they knew I was in the airport, just trying to get to the right gate! 1hr 45mins sounds like plenty of time though!

since its the same terminal u will be fine as long as there isn't any delays
